吃(喝)玩乐:利宾纳(Ribena)鲜奶
我在大儿子还未出生前,就发现到果酱混合鲜奶是超棒的美味饮料。当时还立志将来孩子长大后,若不喜欢喝牛奶的话,就如此泡制引诱他喝。
九年后的今天,我却发现到鲜奶加入Ribena果汁,不失为更好的选择,至少没有果酱不能完全溶化的问题。
为了大家的安全起见,我给生产Ribena的厂商GlaxoSmithKline写信,询问有关这种鲜奶喝法的潜在问题。以下是我今天收到的回信:
Dear Mr Tan,
Thank you for your query which was posted on our website.
In principle, adding Ribena to fresh milk should not be an issue. However, we would suggest that the Ribena concentrate is added to cold milk to a similar dilution factor as on the bottle label, and that the mixed drink is consumed immediately - no heating or storing before consumption.

根据他们的说法,1份容量的Ribena可以加入4份容量的冷冻鲜奶,然后马上喝光而不能加热或储存起来慢慢享用。
告诉你,把Ribena直接倒入盛在杯中的鲜奶而不加以搅拌,然后一口一口喝下,最后你会发现到Ribena在杯底形成的“果胶”,是人世间的一种美味。
